5.11 tactical sunglasses "are virtually indestructible"?

Virtually indestructible 5.11 tactical sunglasses with scratchesVirtually indestructible 5.11 tactical sunglasses with scratches

At the beginning here are three quotes from the site 5.11 tactical:
Similar to the Shear Eyewear but with a Grilamid™ TR-90 nylon Straight Arm frame, 5.11 Climb Eyewear is designed with plain smoke lenses providing maximum glare reduction and is scratch, crack, and craze resistant lenses offering durable eyewear ideal for any tactical job. Smoke distortion-free 8 base lenses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection and scratch, crack, and craze-resistant. Smoke lenses provide maximum glare reduction, won't distort colors, and are excellent in bright/glare conditions. T-Shell™ coating means resistance to scratching, cracking, and crazing. Selenite™ polycarbonate is die-cut to produce lenses without distortion from any angle and is ten times more impact resistance than glass or resin lenses. Frames are built with Grilamid™ TR-90, a homopolyamide nylon characterized by an extremely high alternative bending strength, low density, and high resistance to chemical and UV damage. They are virtually indestructible.

This 5.11 eyewear was the first I bought on 26 of March 2011.

Having come to believe that the glasses are resistant to scratches I carried them without protective case for three days or for a week in "Top" and "Right Side" pockets of my 5.11 Tactical Push pack made of severe rubbed 1050D nylon.

It was a quiet week in the city, even off-road hiking and wasteland, as sometimes happens.

Second, an annoying flaw in these sunglasses is framing gum of the ear arms, which has a tendency to peel off and had to glue carefully, as a jeweler, not to spoil the appearance by the remnants of glue

Third, this model is difficult to wear with a baseball cap, the ear arms abut the cap.

Used to wear the sunglasses Brenda. If to compare Brenda to 5.11 tactical eyewear, 5.11 tactical is more resistant, but I would not have described the later as "virtually indestructible"
