Both were presented by dealer 5.11 tactical in Belarus
Сharcoal (2013 ye) cap made in Cambodia and Storm (2014 ye) cap made in China.

Of all the shades of gray that 5.11 tactical has, the one closest to neutral gray is Storm (092).
