Der Lampshade wird einfach auf den Lampenkopf aufgesteckt. Oben befindet sich ein Metallhaken mit welchem sie zum Beispiel mit einem Band die Lampe unter das Zeltdach hängen können. Der sonst nach vorn gerichtete Lichtstrahl der Taschenlampe wird durch einen Reflektor und einen Diffusor in ein raumfüllendes Rundumlicht verwandelt. Ihre Taschenlampe kann mit dem Lampshade ebenso als Leselicht verwendet werden und die Taschenlampe auch aufhängen.
Der Fenix Camping Lampshade ist z.B. für folgende Fenix Modelle verwendbar: Fenix TK11, Fenix TK12, Fenix TK15, Fenix TA20, Fenix TA21.
